Before you ask

Questions people always have

How much does a custom SVG cost?

It depends on how detailed it is. Simple lettering is at the low end, hand-drawn illustration costs more. Send your request and you get an exact price before anything is paid.

How long does it take?

Most requests are ready within two to four days. If you need it sooner, say so in the form and I will tell you honestly what is possible.

What files do I get?

SVG, PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, DXF, EPS and PDF. That covers Cricut, Silhouette, Brother ScanNCut, Glowforge, Canva and sublimation printers.

Do I pay before I see anything?

No. We agree on the design and the price first. You only pay once you are happy with the direction.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Revisions are part of the process. I would rather get it right than get it fast.

Can I sell products made with my design?

Yes. Your custom design is yours to use on physical products you sell. You may not resell the digital file itself.

Can you work from a photo or a sketch?

Yes. Mention it in your request and I will ask you to email it over once we start.
